A WORLD FIRST – We’re livin it!

I am reasonably confident that what we are doing here is a first.
Teamwork is great for motivation and even more so when both are health and fitness conscious and even better when both are married – to each other that is, but what is unusual is that we are on different continents right now.
I know that’s confusing but let’s just say we both live in England and South Africa and it’s just that for logistical reasons – for now – Sarah is in England and I in South Africa.
So I reckon it’s a world first; we are super excited about it and the experiment we are running which you can read about in ‘CONCEPT’.
Please pop in often and check our progress out and shout for your favourite contestant; encouragement, and a bit of friendly rivalry, will be great.
Look forward to getting to know you through your comments and hope you enjoy learning about making lifestyle changes with healthy training and eating.
